"We are absolutely delighted with our new bicycles. They are a pleasure to ride and the seat suspension makes cycling a lot more comfortable. The only problem that we have had is with Infinity II which has an automatic gear change mode. This works fine on level roads or slight inclines but on steep ascents it would seem that the gear change cannot cope and the bike is trying to change gear too often, and into too high a gear for the ascent. This is perhaps something that Volt need to address. My recommendation therefore is to us the manual gear change on hills. We have found Volt and their agent/stockist, The Bike Shed at Hebden Bridge, extremely supportive and easy to contact.

"Because of a serious leg injury I was unable to ride a conventional bicycle. I was tempted with the idea of an electric bike and after some research I bought a Volt Infinity and I am delighted with it. Hills are simply a thing of the past and having this has got me out again on two wheels without pain or stress.
It is simply excellent and the idea of pedal assistance is a great idea as I still have to put in a little effort with the motor doing the rest. It is superbly made with attention to detail and quality workmanship. My wife was struggling to keep up on her bicycle when we went out so I felt it fair to buy another one and she has the Volt Pulse model and is equally delighted with it.
I had to contact Lyle at Volt and he was extremely helpful with my questions, taking time to ensure that I was happy with everything.
This is a very good company who cares about their products and their customers and this is all too rare these days.
Thank you Lyle and I will continue to speak to all of those who ask me questions when they see the bikes. I see a lot of genuine interest and I do all I can to compliment the bikes and the company because it is the truth.
Thanks Lyle and co."
